DR CATE BORNESS | PRACTICE LEADER, WELLNESS@WORK®
PhD, BSc (Psychol)(Hons), MPsychol (Organisational), APS College of Organisational Psychologists (Fellow), Registered Psychologist (AHPRA)
Dr Cate Borness is passionate about improving organisational health and performance through the use of valid diagnostics and interventions (individual and group based) with a focus on evaluating the impact of such interventions.
Her interest in this area stemmed from her PhD research, which investigated how internet based “brain training” could improve the cognitive capacity, mental wellbeing and productivity of working Australians, the findings of which she was invited to present at the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology (EAOHP) Conference in Zurich, Switzerland (2012).
As the leader of Alchemy’s Wellness@Work ® program, Cate combines her research background with extensive consulting experience over 25 years across the public, private and not for profit sectors, to deliver wellness programs grounded in both theory and practice.
